Waiting when you check in
Hotels, serviced apartments and most holiday lets can take the bundle before you land. Tell us who to leave it with and it's in your room or at reception.
Soon after you arrive
Staying with family, or somewhere that can't take parcels? Pick a short window starting at your arrival time and we bring it to the door.
Delivery is priced separately and shown before you pay.
Questions.
What if my flight is delayed?
If we're leaving the bundle with your accommodation it simply waits for you. If you chose a delivery window, open your order page and change the arrival time. The window moves with it, at no charge.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from your order page, any time before we start packing. You get a full refund to your card.
Which nappy brand do you use?
A trusted supermarket-grade brand, in sealed retail packs. We keep the range small on purpose so we can keep every size in stock. If your baby only tolerates one specific brand, this probably isn't the right service for that trip.
Can I add formula, food or snacks?
No. We only supply disposable essentials you use up or leave behind. Food brings allergies and preferences we can't get right for everyone.
What do I do with leftovers?
Leave them for the next family, hand them to housekeeping, or take them home. Nothing in the bundle is precious.
Do you deliver to my accommodation?
Enter the postcode in the address check above. If it's covered you can book straight away. If not, it's outside our delivery areas.
Can I track the delivery?
Yes. Your order page shows each step, the courier, an arrival estimate and, once the bundle is on the road, a live map. It's marked delivered when it's with your accommodation or in your hands.
