1.About us and these terms

Bundle Drop is run by [Company name] (company number [Company number], registered address [Registered address]). You can contact us at [email protected] or through the link on your order page.

These terms apply when you order from us as a consumer living in the UK. Please read them before you pay. They don't affect your legal rights as a consumer.

2.What we do

We deliver everyday baby consumables (such as nappies, wipes, nappy sacks, changing mat liners, barrier cream, baby wash and steriliser tablets) to the place you're staying, for the dates you tell us.

We work out quantities from the number of nights and your baby's nappy size, with a spare day built in. They're our best estimate, not a guarantee that they'll exactly match your baby's needs. You can see every item and quantity before you pay.

We only deliver to addresses inside our delivery areas. We'll tell you straight away if we can't deliver to the postcode you enter.

3.Ordering

When you pay, you're offering to buy the bundle shown. Our contract with you starts when we confirm your order by email. If we can't accept your order (for example the date has just become fully booked), we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Please check your details carefully, especially the delivery address, arrival date and time, and who we should leave it with. Mistakes in these can mean we can't deliver on time.

4.Prices and payment

  • Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies.
  • Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay.
  • Promo codes apply to essentials only, not delivery, and can't be exchanged for cash. Each code has its own conditions, shown when you apply it.
  • Payment is taken in full when you order, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe.
  • If we make an obvious pricing mistake, we'll contact you before delivering and you can choose to cancel for a full refund.

5.Gift vouchers

You can buy a Bundle Drop gift voucher for someone else. These terms apply to the person who buys it and the person who uses it.

  • What it's for. A voucher can be used towards essentials and delivery on any Bundle Drop order. It can't be exchanged for cash or used to buy another voucher.
  • How long it lasts. A voucher is valid for 24 months from the day it was bought. The expiry date is shown on the email, the card and when the code is used. We'll remind the recipient (or the buyer, if we don't have the recipient's email) about a month before it expires if there's money left on it.
  • Using part of it. If an order costs less than the balance, the rest stays on the code until it expires. If an order costs more, the difference is paid by card.
  • Cancelling a voucher. The buyer can cancel within 14 days of buying it, for a full refund, as long as it hasn't been used. After that, or once it's been used, it can't be refunded.
  • Refunds on orders paid with a voucher. If an order paid wholly or partly with a voucher is cancelled or refunded, we put the voucher part back on the voucher first and refund any card payment to the card. If the voucher has expired by then, we extend it by 30 days.
  • Lost codes. Treat the code like cash: anyone who has it can use it. If it's lost and hasn't been used, we can send it again to the buyer's email address. We can't replace a balance that someone else has spent.
  • Messages. The buyer's name and message are shown to the recipient on the email, the card and their order. We may decline to send a message that's offensive or unlawful.
  • Telling the buyer. We only tell the buyer that the gift has been used if the recipient chooses that when they order. We never share the recipient's address or order details with the buyer.

6.Delivery

You choose one of two delivery options when you order:

  • Waiting when you check in: we deliver within the window shown on your order, before you arrive, and leave it with the person or place you name (usually reception or your host). It's your responsibility to make sure they'll accept it.
  • Soon after you arrive: we deliver within the short window shown on your order, starting from your arrival time, to the door.

If your accommodation won't accept a delivery before you arrive, we'll switch to delivering soon after you arrive at no extra charge.

If no one can accept the bundle in an after-arrival window, we'll try to contact you. If we still can't deliver because the details you gave were wrong or no one was there, we may not be able to refund the delivery fee, but we'll refund unopened essentials we bring back.

The bundle becomes yours, and your responsibility, once it's delivered to the address and person or place you named. Our delivery photo shows where it was left.

If we're going to be late because of something outside our control (such as severe weather or road closures), we'll tell you as soon as we can. If the delay is significant you can cancel for a full refund.

7.Changing your order

Until we've packed your bundle you can change the arrival time, access notes and phone number from your order page. Changing the date depends on availability. Quantities stay as ordered; if you need different quantities, cancel and place a new order.

8.Cancelling

Before we pack

You can cancel from your order page at any time before we start packing, for a full refund including delivery.

Your right to cancel by law

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can also cancel within 14 days of the day your bundle is delivered, without giving a reason. Tell us by email or through your order page. Then return the items within 14 days of telling us, and we'll refund you within 14 days of getting them back (or proof you've sent them). You pay the cost of returning them.

This right doesn't apply to sealed items that aren't suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they've been unsealed, such as an opened pack of nappies or wipes, or an opened tube of cream. We'll refund unopened packs. We may reduce a refund if an item has been handled more than you'd need to check it.

If we cancel

If we have to cancel (for example we can't deliver to your address after all), we'll tell you as soon as we can and refund you in full.

9.Substitutions

We stock a small range of trusted products. If an item is unavailable we may send an equivalent of the same type and size at the same or a better standard, at no extra cost. If you'd rather we didn't substitute a particular item, tell us in your access notes and we'll contact you instead.

10.If something's wrong

If anything is missing, damaged, wrong or faulty, tell us as soon as you can through your order page or by email, so we can put it right while you're still away. Where we can, we'll deliver what's missing. Otherwise we'll refund it.

The goods we sell must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if they aren't, you can reject them within 30 days for a refund, and after that you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.

Please follow the manufacturer's instructions for every product, and check ingredients if your baby has sensitive skin or allergies.

11.Our responsibility to you

If we don't follow these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for loss that isn't foreseeable, or for business losses, because we only supply to consumers for private use.

We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods.

12.Your account

An account is optional. If you create one, keep your password safe. You can delete your account from your account page at any time; we keep the order records we need for tax, as described in our privacy notice.

13.Complaints

If you're unhappy, email [email protected]. We aim to reply within two working days and resolve most issues within 14 days.

14.Which laws apply

These terms are governed by the law of the part of the UK where you live. If you live in England or Wales, English law applies and you can bring proceedings in the English courts. If you live in Scotland, Scots law applies and you can bring proceedings in the Scottish courts. If you live in Northern Ireland, Northern Irish law applies and you can bring proceedings in the Northern Irish courts.

15.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown when you placed it.
